IBRA
The Institute
Ibra is a Civil Society Organization of Public Interest and aims to raise awareness of the present and future population in relation to the environment, in addition to encouraging the preservation and dissemination of Brazilian culture.Propagates scientific and technical knowledge in order to educate society about the environmental pollution and supervise areas where domestic waste is deposited.
The Need
The organization believes that environmental education starts early with children growing up loving and valuing the environment, and learning as fun. Thus the institute needed a stronger identity, more attractive and captivated both children when older people and so did the identity and Tulio, the mascot.
The Mascot
The Toucan is a typical Brazilian bird, is known for its beak, its indescribable beauty and its vibrant colors, that match the joy of the people of this country and reinforce the diversity and perfection of nature. The figure of the mascot, named Tulio, demonstrates all the sympathy of the organization, but because it is an endangered animal, it also represents the mission of the entity and involvement towards nature.
